We’ve all enjoyed the outdoors more than ever before in 2020. Many revamped gardens, bought Hot Tubs and gazebos or experimented more with the versatility of cooking outdoors too.

And this is just the start of the possibilities of what you can do with your garden space.

With many reports and articles about how getting outside promotes health and reduces stress, we decided it was time to look at how to make changes that extend the period of use of our gardens beyond ‘the British Summer’.

Here’s what we found:

Create an Outdoor Kitchen – so much more can be done around a BBQ to make our lives easier. Why run in and out, when you have all the space you need outside which can also double up and be used at festive times like Bonfire night and Halloween.

And we all need a place to keep warm, so why not jazz it up with a fire pit?

Bring in the greenery around the seating area with adding raised beds to your design and arrange them around your gazebo or pergola, making a pleasant surround for you and your guests.

With just a little bit of imagination and time, a simple ‘ BBQ in the corner of the patio’ can be transformed into a wonderful eating out experience.

And why stop at just using a BBQ outdoors – We also found other wonderful kitchen gadgets that can be used outdoors too to cook wonderful food for your guests and share food with. Check them out here:
